Please be sure to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! Occasionally it can be difficult for some users to find the location of the invisible ON/OFF touch-button that is located in the middle of the forehead. Try pushing with multiple fingers, your whole palm, at different locations with different amounts of pressure, etc. Once you've found that sweet spot it becomes much easier to operate thereafter! Also, be sure that the mask is fully charged and that the toggle switch is in the correct position as well! The instructions provide a good visual of how to operate it. ALSO: A regular 5-volt USB charger base is needed to charge the mask- they do not come with them from the factory! The "smart" fast-charge bases that come with most new cell phones oftentimes DO NOT WORK, as they are variable voltage and meant for a much higher current draw and are sometimes unable to recognize the small current draw of the mask. You need to use a USB base that has an output of 5-volts! Most older cell phone and generic charger blocks work, as well as USB outputs on computers and other sources. So if it is not charging, try a different base before assuming it is a defective mask!!
